This villa is situated in the suburb Bromma west of Stockholm, where it was built in 1928. The house is about 300 square meters and Nina has helped the family who live here with the choice of decor and has also designed bespoke furniture and carpets for the house.
The idea was to create an eclectic home with a solid foundation the family can continue building with their own memories and experiences. Swedish Grace is the era Nina was inspired by when she designed the furniture, like the mirror and sideboard in the hall.
The rugs are inspired by the Hard-edge painting era and it’s very telling for her decor to mix different styles and eras but also find a thread that ties the styles together.
